She was on her knees sweeping under the aisles when it started. A Georgia pet-store worker — three years on the job — looked up to find the regular standing over her. He wanted to ask about mice. What happened next, captured on her phone and watched more than half a million times, is the kind of clip that splits a comment section clean in half.
The woman, who posts on TikTok as @fairrfarrenn, says the man had been flirting with her since his very first visit. He’d come in for feeder mice or rats; she’d keep it short. She was there to work — and for three years, brief was enough. Until around 8:30 p.m., half an hour before closing.
She directed him to her manager, who was already standing near the animals. That’s when, she says, he flung paperwork toward her face while she was still kneeling on the floor. When she asked why he couldn’t have waited until the register, he accused her of being rude and demanded the manager.
Then he said he’d been filming her
The confrontation turned when the customer announced he’d been recording her all along — so she started recording him right back. She also defended her manager against viewers who thought he should have stepped in, explaining he’d been nearby and may not have wanted to escalate things. By the end, the customer declared he wouldn’t be coming back to the store.

The comments picked a side fast — hers. “That man is very insecure, and him behaving like that toward you was his defense mechanism to cover his insecurities,” one commenter wrote. Others called his behavior “intimidating” and warned her to be careful if he ever returned. Several argued that nobody should have to entertain unwanted flirting just to do their job, and a few urged her to call the police if he got aggressive again.
The worker’s own caption told its own story: the original video got deleted — “his ppl must of seen it” — so she posted it again. “Here he is again.”
For many watching, the real question was simpler: how does a routine trip for feeder mice turn into a showdown on the floor of a pet store? Her answer, and the commenters’, was the same — some people can’t take no for an answer, and everybody else gets to watch what happens next.
Viewers couldn’t agree on much — except that she handled it better than he did. One camp says the store should have backed her harder; the other says she did exactly right by filming. Either way, he’s not coming back.
