The Ravens, off the bye, are 6-1 in their last seven games. They have handled their NFC foes quite easily this season at home (Detroit 38-6 and Seattle 37-3). Ravens also are looking to recapture the #1 seed. The Rams traveling for an early window game is not ideal.

INDIANAPOLIS +1 @ CINCINNATI
The Bengals are overvalued here, coming off an all-time performance by backup Jake Browning. The Colts are making me believe in Shane Steichen and Gardner Minshew. Their defense continues to play well, and they are in a position to make the playoffs. Perhaps even win the AFC South!

HOUSTON -3.5 @ NY JETS
The long and short of it is the Jets are a mess. They need help scoring points on offense regardless of who is at quarterback. Zach Wilson, ain’t it! CJ Stroud continues to impress and is leading the Texans into the playoffs. If Houston can score 17 points, they win easily.

CHICAGO +3 vs DETROIT
The Bears have been a bad football team. Justin Fields struggles to win games, and they are playing to hold the draft position. Those statements may be accurate, but they won their last match, they’re coming off a bye, and Fields is auditioning for next season. The Lions’ defense has wholly returned to the previous season’s form. Bad. Plus, Jared Goff outdoors in bad weather is a lousy proposition…and we’re getting points!

DALLAS -3.5 vs PHILADELPHIA
It’s very similar to last week’s game vs SF for Philly. This gauntlet of games isn’t going well, and now the Cowboys come in extra rested. The ‘Boys almost got them at the link a few weeks ago, and they’ve been cruising at home.
