Chiefs and Santa Visiting Pittsburgh on Christmas Day

It’s a long way until Christmas Day, but the NFL announced Wednesday morning that the Kansas City Chiefs will travel to Pittsburgh to face off against their AFC counterpart. Further, it’s a streaming-only game!

Per Jordan Schultz, the Kansas City Chiefs will travel to Pittsburgh on Christmas Day to face the Steelers. The game won’t be on broadcast TV but will instead be streamed only on Netflix, who enter the NFL regular season rotation.

It might not be the only streaming exclusive game on the Chiefs’ schedule. Reportedly, the Chiefs will host the Las Vegas Raiders on Black Friday, and that broadcast will be on Amazon Prime.

Schedule leaks are no surprise to Chiefs fans, and the latest ensures that Kansas City will get some primetime exposure and help the streaming platforms hoping to expand their foothold on NFL games.

The Chiefs will open the NFL season against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, September 5th, and then play a follow-up home game on September 15th at Arrowhead against their archrival, the Cincinnati Bengals.

After back-to-back home games, the Chiefs will travel to Atlanta for a week three matchup against Kirk Cousins and the Falcons.
